In addition to first-class product and service offerings for its customers, freenet AG also attaches great importance to sustainable and long-term partnerships in cooperative ventures.
We at Local Brand X are pleased to announce that we have also been able to enter into such a partnership with freenet and have won the company as a customer for the Local Marketing Platform. With the Local Marketing Platform, freenet sales partners can access an extensive portfolio of local marketing measures. Among other things, customer loyalty measures (SMS, e-mail), social paid media, large-format posters, or even the booking of topic-related campaigns are offered, with which the sales partner can position himself as the freenet contact on the spot.
Depending on the sales line (fanchisees, stores, retail partners, and specialist stores), specific measures have been activated and budget logics have been stored for central marketing cost allowances. Compliance with the corporate design is ensured at all times and processes have been further digitized and standardized. Depending on the advertising material, care was taken to ensure that partners can personalize the measures individually.
The Local Marketing Platform was integrated into the existing freenet activation and information portal via a single sign-on connection, so that sales partners can access the marketing platform after a one-time authentication. In addition to the good user experience for sales partners, care was also taken to ensure that freenet Marketing can set up and maintain the platform as autonomously as possible via the backend. The management of user groups, budget bookings and the creation of new advertising media are possible without further support.
After one month, the freenet Local Marketing Platform is already showing very positive results. The system has been particularly well received by partners and over 6,000 orders have already been placed. In addition to over 1,000 promotion sheets, 50,000 SMS and 10,000 e-mail newsletters have also been sent out so far.
After such a rocket start, we at Local Brand X are already looking forward to further cooperation and future joint projects.
