Founded in 1864, Concordia Versicherungs-Gesellschaft auf Gegenseitigkeit is known throughout Germany for its comprehensive range of insurance solutions for private individuals, the self-employed and companies. The head office of the insurance company is located in Hanover, with individual insurance agencies spread throughout Germany to take care of the wishes, needs and questions of regional customers on site.
With such a large nationwide network of individual Concordia agencies, it can be a real challenge for the head office to provide all insurance agencies with the necessary local marketing materials and ensure a consistent brand design across all locations.
We are pleased that Concordia Versicherungs-Gesellschaft has been relying on the Local Brand X Local Marketing Platform since the beginning of the year and has already been able to successfully increase the marketing efficiency of its sales partners. More than 3,000 of the company's users at over 800 locations are already using the portal.
With almost 1,000 articles in the system and 21 connected service providers, Concordia Versicherungs-Gesellschaft offers its sales partners a wide range of marketing materials that they can use for local marketing. For example, sales partners can independently design and plan individualized social media ads or select suitable marketing measures from a wide range of print advertising materials. Numerous marketing materials are also available on the Local Marketing Platform for the personalization of clothing or classic agency equipment. In the future, the portal will also be expanded to include further marketing measures and campaigns.
The document center in the MarketingPortal is particularly popular with Concordia sales partners. Frequently used PDFs, such as information brochures, service overviews and consulting documents, can be downloaded here free of charge. Sales partners can quickly find the documents they need thanks to clear categories in the portal and use them as required. Thanks to a single sign-on interface from the Concordia intranet to our Local Marketing Platform, insurance agencies can access the marketing portal directly from various points in their system. This not only leads to faster work on the part of the agency partners, but also to holistically more efficient marketing processes for the entire Concordia insurance company.
