Artificial intelligence and the use of AI tools are no longer a trend for the future, at least not since OpenAI and ChatGPT. The use of artificial intelligence has increased significantly, especially in the last year, and has become an integral part of many people's everyday (working) lives. AI can provide support in many areas, especially in the marketing context. Whether it's finding ideas, generating content or images or planning an entire marketing campaign. With the help of artificial intelligence, such tasks can often be completed faster and new ideas can be generated. This also means that holistic marketing is feasible and can be implemented independently, even for small companies and locations without in-depth marketing expertise.
For this reason, we at Local Brand X have now decided to integrate artificial intelligence into our Local Marketing Platform. We have been working on a number of concepts and functions in recent weeks and months and can now present the first results to our customers.
The Local Marketing Platform now offers the option of consulting AI when creating description texts and content. We not only allow you to create complete texts, but also to correct, improve or shorten existing content and create different text variants to choose from. This function is available both for the creation of articles (for administrators) and for the individualization of marketing measures (for sales partners). This function makes it even easier and faster for all users to define the right content and offers support if you are lacking a brilliant idea.
In addition to helping with the generation of texts and content, an AI assistant has been integrated to support users in the backend of the Local Marketing Platform. Our approach at Local Brand X is to offer the platform in such a way that all content and articles can be managed and posted by our customers themselves. Of course, questions and ambiguities can always arise during these processes. To make it even easier to answer these in the future, users can now not only consult our Knowledge Center, but also the new AI Assistant. Here, the specific question can be asked in a simple chat process and the assistant provides precise step-by-step instructions and a link to more in-depth information or videos in just a few seconds. This means that questions can usually be clarified immediately without having to wait for an answer or help from the Customer Success Manager.
The new AI-supported functions are the first step in the further development of the Local Marketing Platform. Further features will follow in the coming months in order to integrate the use of artificial intelligence into marketing processes in an even more targeted manner. Our goal remains to continuously optimize the platform and offer our customers the best possible user experience.
