By using the Local Marketing Platform, we can save enormous amounts of time and money in the creation and production of marketing measures. In addition, we have a holistic overview of all orders from our corporate divisions.

The challenge

Due to the different orientations and locations, the employees of BayWa AG usually also have various prior knowledge in the areas of marketing, design and communication. However, since they are involved in marketing and external perception, it is important to create a uniform and positive brand image and to communicate clear messages and advertising materials to the outside world. In the past, this required a lot of processes and coordination between the head office (the marketing department) and the locations and individual responsible persons. These coordination not only cost time, but also resources and result in a significantly slower time-to-market.

The solution

Local Brand X's Local Marketing Platform offers the opportunity to provide employees with over 200 articles from the print area. The users can obtain the marketing materials such as personnel advertisements or even business equipment as templates and individualize them to their own location or their own content. Thanks to this process optimization and automation, BayWa AG has already been able to save considerable costs and resources in recent years. In addition, the platform helps ensure that the corporate design specifications are always adhered to and a uniform brand image is created.
