The Challenge

As a decentrally organized company, IVECO works with over 400 dealers and locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Their employees are responsible for local marketing and the creation and implementation of marketing materials in the areas of sales and customer service. This involves not only establishing a uniform brand image, but also selecting the right content and media and supporting the individual retailers financially in the implementation of local marketing. The manual creation of measures and the many approval processes also lead to a high expenditure of time and money.

The Solution

Using the Local Marketing Platform, IVECO dealers can customize and order marketing materials such as flyers, print mailings, e-mail newsletters or even Google Ads and videos as well as obtain advertising materials, which strengthens and supports the dealers' local marketing. All retailers in the DACH region have been equipped with the system and can access the Local Marketing Platform from their location. In order to provide all participants with the necessary content, IVECO maintains a large, uniform media database via the platform, through which image photos, logos, lettering and films for the individual series and products can be accessed, downloaded and used. In addition, dealers can be supported directly with advertising subsidies and discounts. This provides the basic prerequisite for uniform local marketing and ideal direct support for retailers.
