Overview of the most common questions

The solution is offered as software-as-a-service. This means that the platform is hosted, maintained and further developed on Local Brand X's servers. The monthly license fees depend on the number of users and the modules booked.

The basic system is available within 48 hours of signing the contract. The platform will then be set up together.

The contracts are annual contracts that are automatically extended for a further year if not terminated beforehand.

The integration of third-party systems is basically free of charge. Please note, however, that there may be costs for using the third-party software (see integration).

The number of users and the modules booked can always be adjusted at the end of the contract period.

Naturally. The data is processed exclusively in Germany. In addition, we conclude an order processing agreement with each customer.
