Their employees are responsible for local marketing and the creation and implementation of marketing materials in the areas of sales and customer service. It is important not only to establish a uniform brand image, but also to select the right content and media and to financially support individual retailers in implementing local marketing. The manual creation of measures and the many approval processes also require a great deal of time and money.

The solution
Through the local marketing platform, retailers from IVECO can individualize and order marketing materials, such as flyers, print mailings, e-mail newsletters or even Google Ads and videos, as well as obtain advertising material, which strengthens and supports retailers' local marketing. All retailers in the DACH region have been equipped with the system and can access the local marketing platform from their location. In order to provide all participants with the necessary content, IVECO maintains a large, standardized media database via the platform, which can be used to access, download and use image photos, logos, lettering and films relating to the individual series and products. In addition, retailers can be directly supported with advertising subsidies and discounts. This is the basic requirement for uniform local marketing and ideal direct support for retailers.
